Are you a people person? Are you a well-rounded individual that enjoys providing wonderful customer service in a beautiful and inviting atmosphere? 

If so, Deer Creek Winery and Watson Estate Bed and Breakfast is looking to add a full time staff who would help in a variety of ways.

We are all a big TEAM here and TIPS are SPLIT between all staff once you are fully trained!  We feel every aspect of our effort effects our customer's time .and our whole team should be rewarded!

Being a hospitality position, flexibility in schedule and  working weekends is required.

Job Summary

  • If you enjoy sales, our sales associate are responsible for providing amazing customer service and utilizing a provided sales process.
  • We focus on achieving our goals both personal and company.
  • You will learn all about our wines, and be able to make suggestions to our guests.
  • Be able to work in many areas of the Winery & Inn B&B 

Responsibilities and Duties

  • The main focus is to provide amazing customer-centric experiences for all guests.
